Love this! I use to do similar things with refactoring week, deleting unused code challenge, etc. It is so easy to keep adding new code, it's awesome that you're being intentional about tending to existing code and improving things! good luck!

Yes! It's coming along, thanks @marie_dm :) My goal is have the book ready by next week and then spent all of last week sharing/marketing it.

Sent out the pre-order page for more feedback. next: draw a new illustration for the API chapter and then make the pdf. Tomorrow: incorporate more feedback and start sharing the pre-order page.

I am an experienced developer turned fulltime solo maker. I am working on two different web apps (having to to do habits and books). I am teaching myself design/UI/UX. I would love to get feedback on the things I create from experienced UI/UX designers. (i.e. you can tell me exactly why does my UI hurt your eyes :) )
