(archived) I've created Froggodoggo, a web app that brings together founders looking for a side gig and companies looking to hire them ( So far, it's focused on software development, UX/UI and data science. I would love to know what you think about the idea in general, but also the design/appearance of the site πŸ˜„ any feedback highly appreciated πŸ™πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈπŸ™

Little backstory:
As startup founders, my co-founder and I struggled to get funding for our startup ( and where thus looking for alternatives. Luckily, my co-founder was able to work part time for a company he co-founded before and we are now able to cross-finance our startup with this income.

We know many other passionate founders that don't want to take VC money or didn't get funding and don't have the opportunity to work part time for their previous startup. But we've also been on the other side of this problem. As a growing early-stage startup, hiring employees who have or had own startups is always favorable.

We think Froggodoggo is a great solution for both sides. We screen founders as well as companies that want to join Froggodoggo to make sure that a) founders are really running a serious startup and b) companies don't use Froggodoggo as an outsourcing or freelancing service. Froggodoggo started as a side project for me to learn programming, but now I'm convinced it's pretty great for startups. We already got over 50 applications from interested founders, but so far only one woman applied 😒 that's why I thought I'll share it on WOMEN MAKE πŸ’β€β™€οΈ
