I don't know about your list building experience
I have none whatsoever 😬 I am... just an engineer and a bit out of my depth here. Do you have any resources you'd recommend for doing that and learning more about all this?
The numbers catch-22 is definitely what I'm struggling with right now. I'm not sure how to get that initial group of people together so that I have enough that makes it worth joining for other people (right now there's only 9 😬). I'm also not sure at what number I start actually building the product.
I love the idea of displaying the number of active or total users! And definitely agree I will have to work closely with pilot users to iterate and make the experience better and more meaningful ☺️
I created MatchPact the other day because I felt so powerless and angry about everything that is going on and all of the Black people being murdered by police and protestors being abused right now. I donated money but it didn't feel like enough. So I built this platform so people can find other people and companies who are offering to match donations if you send them a screenshot.
I started working on this a while ago and had to take a break, but I recently was able to pick it up again! I would definitely appreciate any feedback anyone could give me :)
