Louise Holder
I’m Louise, founder of Homestead, a UK proptech startup helping people discover where to live. The idea came from a gap in the home search. It’s easy to filter for a three-bed house, but much harder to work out which towns and neighbourhoods would actually fit your budget, commute and day-to-day life. I’m building a recommendation engine that brings together UK data on house prices, schools, transport and green space. A two-minute quiz turns what matters to you into a personalised shortlist of places, including ones you might never have thought to search for. Before founding Homestead, I led global sustainability, data and technology work at IHG. I’m now bringing that experience to building a consumer product around one of life’s biggest decisions.
